        Q: What currency is your store in?

        • All payments are made in USD. Your bank will convert your total to your currency after your payment has been processed.

            Q: Will I receive my money back after I return?

            • No, you will receive store credit in a form of a Euphorawearshop gift card to the email provided. Please see our Return Policy.

            Q: When can I expect an e-mail response?

            • Allow 1-2 business days for a response. Emails are answered in the order it was placed during operating business days ( Weekends are closed ).

            TRACKING YOUR ORDER

            Q: I ordered two items, why did I only receive one?

            • If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items, please allow 3-5 days time allowance since some items are shipped separately. If you haven't received the item after 3-5 days time allowance, please email us at contact@euphorawearshop.com

            Q: Why does my tracking info say invalid/not available/not found?

            • Allow up to 24-72 hours for the post office to update.
            • At times, tracking may not be available in select countries.
